Depending on the age group and number of registrations, the Club may run one or more Team Formation/Grading sessions. These sessions allow coaches and coordinators to observe players and form balanced teams.
When sessions are held, attendance is required, as it assists with appropriate team placement. If a player is unable to attend, parents should notify the Club so this can be taken into consideration.
